White potatoes or sweet potatoes are both good. 0r you can put butternut squash together with potatoes

Ingredient: 1kg (2.2lbs) small potatoes

                1/4 cup olive oil

                2 teaspoons salt

                1/4 teaspoon black pepper

                2 twigs fresh rosemary or 1tsp dried rosemary

                1 bay leaf

Directions:    Clean and dry potatoes

                Mix all ingredients together

                Bake at 360F for 40 Mins
